怎么看相关分析的结果

运用FC做了两组间的分析,然后研究病例组的FC强度与临床评分的相关,运用双样本T检验的结果为基础,乘以病理组分析好的ZFC图，然后做相关，有两个问题要请教老师。
1。因为乘T检验的结果，如果T检验时FC是下降的，也即是负值，那相关的VOXEL也就变成了负值，在和临床评分（正值）作相关时，是不是有问题？是不是会影响结果的正/负相关？
2。结果R图，在REST slices viewer里看时，设p<0.05 ,需要用VOXEL SIZE来校正吗？

Question about AlphaSim

 Hello,

I would like to use AlphaSim in REST, but am not clear on how it determines the smoothness of data in a given ROI. If I understood it correctly, prior to using AlphaSim in AFNI, the residual time series from a given GLM are run through 3dFWHMx program to determine the data FWHM. How is this handled in REST?
