我最近做了一点用滑动时间窗法计算动态 FC的研究， 英语行文如此，不知道是不是词不达意，还盼望高手指点，多谢！
fMRI data were postprocessed with the DynamicBC software package(http://restfmri.net/forum/DynamicBC) . To assess the stationarity of thalamocortical connectivity, sliding window correlation was performed. The sliding window correlation coefficients of each cortical voxel and thalamus were plotted as functions of time, the coefficient of variation (C·V ,standard deviation/average ) and amplitude of fluctuation ( AF, the square root of the power spectrum )of these functions were calculated and compared between patients and normal controls.
