关于Cl. Report体素大小问题

 老师,你好。您说Cl. Report中的体素太小(如9  Left Cerebellum, 9  Declive, 9  Cerebellum Posterior Lobe,6  Sub-Gyral,5  brodmann area 18,2  Occipital_Mid_L (aal))需排除,不用汇报进我们的实验结果中,但究竟体素多小时才需要排除掉?有什么标准么?

我们通常不需要报告这么详细的信息。这个cluster共有112个体素,其中绝大部分位于枕叶,但延伸到了小脑,报告的时候,可以说在occipital lobe (extending to the cerebellum)。至于延伸到小脑这一小部分,到底是什么原因,这就很难说了。

 老师,您好,我的问题是:1、用slice viewer中的Theshold by cluster size应该怎么设置clusrer sizer的大小呢?有教学视频中说不知道怎么设时敲入SPM—Criterion就知道怎么去设置,但在什么地方敲入SPM_Criterion呢?我尝试在MATLAB中Command Window中输入这个,但提示错误;2、我做的静息态ALLF时设置Cluster size>30,rmm=5,P值为0.05,但Cl. Report中几个激活体素都很小,结果如下中的Cluster 1,那些较小的激活体素我是不是就不应该纳入我的文章报告中呢?然后大小为多少的体素我才需去考虑纳入?这些纳入标准是什么。

你设置的阈值是30个体素,那么,这些clusters都在30个体素或以上。你报告每个cluster的时候,只需要报告每个cluster的总数。脑区名称,则可以不止一个(比如hippocampus, extending to the amygdala)。
