I would like to ask a question as shown in the subject: The correlation between functional connectivity and power spectrum
Is it when the comparison of the power spectrum of two groups increase, does it means the functional connectivity increase too??

No, although a few studies found that some brain regions (e.g., in the default mode network) have both higher functional connectivity and higher ALFF. Anyway, whether or not, it is an interesting question.
