Thanks to Guillaume Flandin's m2html, the whole up-to-date REST codes is analyzed in html web format at:

And a revised dependency graph is also created at http://restfmri.net/pub/rest_20090422/doc/graph_rev.html . By this graph, the dependency and structures of REST codes could be clearly reviewed. All the nodes in this graph are also clickable and clicking would take you to its corresponding codes.

This would help you understand the REST programs and may help any further development to the resting-state fMRI's data analysis.
