麻烦各位版主了
我帮人处理数据的时候，需要计算图像每一个像素的ln值（以e为底的对数）
但是 Image Calculate 的表达式如果输入ln(i1)， Matlab就会报错
不知高手有何良策？讨教

不好意思，打扰你们了，我想请教各位一个如何提取各个脑区的体积信息。结构的数据我已经有了，用VBM处理过数据，但我感兴趣的是每个脑区体积的信息，而不是总体灰质或白质的情况，比如我想提取AAL模板中第58个脑区的体积数据

，不知道有没能软件能实现这个功能。

Hi, I recently download the REST toolbox. I wonder why the ideal Band Pass option is disabled in fALFF gui? I would think one'd want to band pass for this analysis, like in ALFF analysis?

Also, just want to check. For input files entered in ALFF, fALFF, and RoHe gui, I should use preprocessed data (after realign, slice timing, normalize and smooth?)
