DPARSF: DARTEL SMOOTHING AFTER SCRUBBING

I have the following problem with Dartel Smoothing.  

I Applied dartel Smoothing after i scrubbed all my images by Jenkinson with a threshold of 0.3 with cutting out the bad images. 
After Scrubbing i got the images with the displaced timepoints ARWCFB. I used this folder as starting directory for the Dartel Smoothing (8x8x8).

关于静息态结果的问题

 老师您好：
       最近处理了一组数据，我按照张寒老师说的方法分析了一下结果，但由于不是本专业出身，不太会直接用肉眼看结果，希望老师您给看一下，暖色和冷色分别、主要分布在哪些脑区，下面是图像，谢谢！

Error converting Nii to Nifti pairs

Hello,

I am new to REST and I've trying to convert nifti 4d to nifti pairs. I have SPM12, Matlab R12b and REST v1.7 but the following error appears on Matlab. I have double-checked my addpaths to SPM, restarted Matlab and ran 'rest_Fix_Read_Write_Error' and nothing seems to work.

Error using rest_Fix_Read_Write_Error (line 64)

spm：normalize之后图像的dimension变了是为什么？

 1st-level specify 一直报错，我觉得是因为我的scans的dimension不一样了，在realign之后dimension还是一样的，但在normalization之后就不一样了，为什么？image to align 用的realign之后得到的mean文件，default的内容都没有改。
