请教一个问题,关于DPARSFA处理后的统计数据的选择。

请教各位老师一个问题:
    我用DPARSFA处理数据,选择里面的“Calculate in MNI Space(warp by DARTEL)”处理流程,先跑完ALFF,再做Filter。这样的话最后的统计分析应该是选生成的“Results”文件夹里的数据,还是要选择“FunImgARCWSF”里的数据?
    还有就是,我看了一下数据处理时Matlab里面的代码,Filter时是对FunImgARCWS文件夹里面的数据进行滤波,而不是对Results\ALFF里面的数据进行滤波。这样的话,即是说Results\ALFF里面的数据是没有滤波过的?

刚才请教了一个朋友,他说如果只想得到ALFF的结果,“Calculate in MNI Space(warp by DARTEL)”处理流程里面其实不用勾选最后的一步Filter,因为对平滑后的数据进行ALFF计算的时候已经是用我们设定的频段来得到ALFF了。而勾选了最后一步的Filter是直接对平滑后的数据(FunImgARCWS文件夹)进行滤波,得到滤波后的数据,可以用于下一步的ReHo等结果的计算。所以要对ALFF进行统计的话,要选“Results”文件夹里的数据,而不是“FunImgARCWSF”里的数据。
我觉得有道理,写在这里跟大家分享一下,也请老师们指正。
