 Hi,

I downloaded T1 data from OASIS and tried to perform VBM analysis. But I found that T1-images are with "wrong" x, y, z direction (see attachment). How can I convert them to the conventional direction (like the template in MRIcrion).

Hi, this is not a nifti formated image. I strongly suggest you use nifti images to process, this problem will thus not happen.
