Hi everyone

I'm preprocessing my data and have encountered an error message. It seems to happen right after the normalizing step and the matlab command window says that normalization is "Done" (however, there is no "W"-folder available in my directory, which is strange). This is what the error message looks like:

I downloaded T1 data from OASIS and tried to perform VBM analysis. But I found that T1-images are with "wrong" x, y, z direction (see attachment). How can I convert them to the conventional direction (like the template in MRIcrion).

大家好，我们有一批数据在完成所有预处理后，使用dparsf做功能连接提取协变量无法进行下去。报错信息如下，向论坛里各位请教。

 请问各位老师，1、功能连接密度（functional connectivity desity，FCD）包括localFCD、globalFCD是用哪些软件可以计算？
2、rest里的degree centrality是用来计算什么的，跟FCD有什么区别？

论坛里各位老师和同学，我是静息态数据处理的新手，在医院采集了一批病人数据，准备做静息态处理，使用的机器是飞利浦1.5T，采集到的数据并不是每个TR一个文件，而是一层一个文件，文件命名不规范，我们能够顺利的完成从格式转换到smooth的所有预处理，但是使用rest做功能连接提取协变量无法进行下去。我们猜测可能是数据的原因，报错信息贴在下面，我不是很明白这是什么意思，向论坛里各位请教。

Dear all,

i am working with the REST toolbox V1.8 and i would like to know how i can extract ALFF-values out of a cluster which occured in a statistical result map. I need the ALLF-values from all the voxels inside this cluster of all my subjects.
