Dear Yan,

It is possible in REST, to correct for multiple comparisons at the cluster level using Gaussian random field theory. I've noticed other programs such as FSL FEAR pre-select Z threshold and use cluster size as a determining significance factors (e.g. min Z >2.3; cluster significance: p < 0.05, corrected). Can such an approach also be adopted in REST?

又来麻烦各位老师了。
我做了一下正常对照组的FC单样本T检验，发现正连接图激活面积很大，包括了默认网络脑区，不知道是哪出了问题，是不是方法上有问题？谢谢。
(我选了后扣带回的直径6MM小球作为种子区，VOXEL WISE，去除四个协变量，单样本T检验后在rest SLICE VIEWER中处理，ALPHASIM校正，RMM=5，P=0.05)
XJVIEWER显示结果只有一个大CLUSTER，有一万四千多VOXELS（共28个CLUSTER）其它是几或几十，大部分是十以下。
