Abstract
Dear REST authors,
I'm performing voxel-based FC on my data and for the seed definition I need to specify the time courses.
When I use a single time course saved in .txt file I have no problems, but when I save multiple time courses (one for each column) in the same .txt file, REST don't recognize them as separate time courses and produces only one FCmap.

I have one quick question about GC with the REST tool box in rest fMRI data. I have run a voxel-wise GCA using fit coefficients on the L/R amygdalae as a mask. I found significant predictions of activity in the amygdala for activity in specific cortical areas and also the other way around.

I am doing analysis on children's resting network. Could I use newest edition of DPARSFa (v2.1) to integrate Template-O-Matic Toolbox for segmentation?
